Lost a Whole char

Iv been playin for about 5 days or more and i made a new char lv 60+ every day but one day i decidide to make 2 perfect chars so i did.InFamouz and UnFamouz they both cool i got InFamouz lvl 65 and started UnFamouz all of a suden i look at the site to check my chars and see UnFamouz had 3 deaths so i deleted him and made a new one but this time to lvl 69 and his name was also UnFamouz and now ppl are telling me he is completely gone.im new and this is how they treat playerS? i was even gunna by some guns gear and be a donator but now seeing all these links about loosing there dg coin i dont kno if i should trust it and now i completly lost my char? this is not fair please let me kno if u will fix it or if i should quit. iv played majority of online games and none have treated me with such disregard. yea i understand im only 15 ut if veen playin since 8 or 7 or something iv learned alot and speant alot of my moms money over these years. now please hlpe me to fix my char or iunno give me something to make me lvl like 10X faster or something. can some one tell me how to fix it?

We are sorry you lost your character. There was a 48 hr rollback. That is the only reason why donators lost items + dg coins. Donators can get their items and dg coins back if they post proof that they had them. Transaction logs,SS,etc.

There is no way to fix your char or to give you something that will level you 10x faster. That would be unfair to all players who have also been rolled back. Please understand. You can level to 60 within hrs if you spend your time questing.
